I went to culinary school to be a pastry chef at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA. I spent most of my career doing cakes, mostly wedding cakes. I have a passion for decorating cakes, but since I'm really not in that world anymore I wanted to share some of my work here. I'm proud of what I accomplished and still will do some cakes every now and then when I can.
